Relation of coral reefs to mangroves and seagrasses

Did you know that one way to preserve the coral reefs is to first of all preserve our mangroves and seagrasses?
If you can save the latter, you can greatly help to save the reefs as seagrasses and mangroves help to prevent drain waters and trap sediments, thus helping to stabilise the ocean floor. Also, they both have roots that help stabilise the sea bed too.
However sea grasses are very vulnerable to speed boats and water vehicles that have props or rotors. So, if anyone who reads this goes on a boating trip and sees that your boat leaves a trail of mud, STOP! It means that you have gone into somewhere that has seagrass, and so you shoul stop that spinning rotor/propeller and leave the area.
